Some of our products now carry a surchange if you live outside of the free delivery zone.  Some locations like scotland and highlands will be charged, when making a selection for your delivery preferece only select which option applies to you.   

*We offer free UK delivery on majority of our products but some maybe subject to delivery charge.  Our delivery days can can range anything from 1 to 3 days plus however we may be able to deliver on the same day, depending on the availability. One of staff will call you, once your order is placed, to arrange a convenient time to dispatch your item to your chosen delivery address.

*Out of Free delivery range from BR3 If you live outside of the free delivery range, please select the options from drop down menu when selecting your product. The price is given per product. If you need a quote on a bigger order, please contact us. *If you receive your order and decide that you do not want it, we will give you a full refund and come to collect your product(s) from your house. However, we do charge £30 for this to cover both the courier, our order of the product from the manufacturer and the inconvenience.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) and wish to return them, you should inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods and return them within 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return them to us. Goods should be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the perfect condition in which they were dispatched to you. If the item has been opened and damaged, there will be no refunds issued.

Dear customer, please bare in mind that some items maybe out of stock and it can take up to 2 weeks for the item to arrive. We will contact you, if you wish, when it is in stock again.

Our friendly delivery staff also do all the assemblies of beds and wardrobes. We have over 5 years experience in assembling all our products if customers require this service. We can dispose of your old bed or mattress when we deliver your new one for a small charge. (Mattresses £25.00 Full beds £20.00) Please ensure products to be disposed of are easily accessible at the first door of the property, dismantled, in a sanitary condition and kept dry. Disposal Services can be added at checkout.
